It was a really difficult fall and winter after I weaned Layla. My hormones went whack. Anxiety increased, sleep decreased. There were many days I felt like I was completely breaking down and didn’t feel like myself.
Eventually, as the tears fell, I sat with it. I held myself with curiosity, and compassion. I am resilient. And as the storm began to fade, the love I had for myself grew.
I thought I really loved myself and I realized, there’s no cap to how much love you can give yourself. There’s no cap to how much love and energy you can receive as well.
And if this is true, then there’s no cap to how amazing, jaw dropping, and beautiful your life can be.
